Have you ever wondered how you can sell a home in this market without going homeless? In other words, how do you buy and sell a home at the same time? Today I want to go over my best tips to buy and sell simultaneously:
1. Hire a good Realtor. If you’re looking to buy and sell at the same time, the first thing you need to do is hire a professional. They will look at your unique situation and tailor their strategy around your needs.
2. Get your pre-approval letter. This lets you know how much you can afford, and it smooths the rough edges off the buying-and-selling process.

3. Get your house ready for sale. This may take a little longer than you initially think. Tidy up, consider staging, and do anything else you can think of to get your home in market shape.
4. Get your house on the market. Once you have buyers looking at your home, I would let them know you have some contingencies to sell your property. There are three main options you have to consider: First, you can use a lease-back agreement to stay in your home for a bit after closing. Next, you can use a bridge loan to purchase your new home before a sale. Finally, you can keep your old home and lease it to help pay for your new one.
